Do I need an existing online store to use ShopDot?

With ShopDot, you can partner with brand suppliers and publish their products onto your own Shoppable PageTM, which can be used as a standalone site or embed it onto your existing website, blog, and social pages.

How do I get my brand suppliers on ShopDot?

We have direct integrations with a brand supplier's systems and workflows to make it easy for them to onboard and start partnering with you to sell more products. How do I get paid for products sold on my Shoppable PageTM?

Brand suppliers will set your commission percentage of the sale directly in ShopDot. We take care of payouts to you and brand suppliers for all orders that have shipped on a monthly basis.

How are returns and exchanges handled?

Returns and exchanges are handled between the brand supplier and the customer. The brand supplier’s contact information is included in the order confirmations and shipping updates that are sent to customers.

How much does it cost?

It's free for retailer partners to join and start building a Shoppable PageTM. ShopDot will charge 10% of your earnings payout. There are no additional hidden fees.
