Referral Partner Basics
How do I get paid?
Referral partners are paid 1% of the retail partner payout for 12 months for each retailer they sign up. Payments are made monthly.
How much does it cost for retail partners?
It’s free for businesses to build an online Shoppable PageTM. ShopDot charges 10% of the monthly payouts. There are no additional fees for retailers.
How do I invite retailers?
Once you have created an account as a ShopDot Referral Partner, you will be provided with a unique URL that you will share with your network. When a business uses your URL to sign up for a ShopDot account it will link you together. And it’s free for businesses to create a shoppable page!
How do retailers create their ShopDot shoppable page?
Once a business has signed-up for a ShopDot account they will be guided through setting up their Shoppable PageTM. They will need to request to connect to the brand suppliers within the platform. Once they’re approved by the brand supplier, they can publish any of their products onto their Shoppable PageTM.
How are returns and exchanges handled?
Returns and exchanges are handled between the brand supplier and the end customer. The order confirmation and shipping updates that are sent to the customer will have the brand supplier's support contact for customer service inquiries.
